Cancellation or Modification Terms

1. Cancellation or modification of your hotel reservation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival.
2. Free cancellation within 48 hours before the day of arrival is not possible.
3. If you cancel within 48 hours before the day of arrival, we will charge 100% of the entire booking.
4. It is not possible to modify or change your booking to fewer days or different dates within 48 hours before the day of arrival.
5. Cancellation can be done through the reservation channels on which you made the booking or in writing via hotel@unicumelzenhagen.nl
6. Cancellation by phone is not possible and will not be accepted as an official cancellation.

1. Bookings made and paid for under the non-refundable price plan cannot be cancelled free of charge.

1. If you wish to cancel a booking for which you have made a pre-payment prior to your visit, we will deduct a 5% refund and administration fee.
2. For bookings with a total amount of €1000 or more, a deposit of 50% is required to guarantee your booking. This deposit must be paid within 48 hours, or your booking will be cancelled.
3. If you wish to cancel a booking with a deposit, we will deduct a 5% refund and administration fee based on the amount of the deposit.

1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
2. Check-out from Monday to Friday is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
3. Check-out on Saturdays and Sundays is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

1. In the event of theft, damage, or destruction of property by the guest due to their negligence, the guest is obliged to compensate the hotel in accordance with the legislation.
2. In case of intentional damage and/or theft, we will report it to the police and invoice the guest an administrative fee of €250 for handling. Additionally, the guest will be held liable for the damages they caused.

1. Breakfast from Monday to Friday.
2. Check-out from Monday to Friday is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
3. Check-out on Saturdays and Sundays is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

1. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. If we find evidence of smoking in the room, we will charge a cleaning fee of €250. If the smoke triggers the fire alarm in the room, the call-out fee for the fire department will be €500, and any other costs will be passed on to you.

1. Our fire alarm system is fully automated. Removing the smoke detector is prohibited. If this occurs, you will be charged for the repair costs, including administrative fees of €250.

1. The minimum age of the main booker is 24 years.
2. It is not allowed to stay with us with a minor, unless they are your child/children for whom you have parental authority.

1. The check-out time is until 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out is subject to a fine of €100.

1. It is prohibited to use or possess drugs/nitrous oxide.
2. Causing disturbance to others through loud music, disruptive behavior, or any form of noise is prohibited.
3. It is not allowed to be intoxicated in our hotel.
4. The hotel administration may refuse services to any guest who is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
